Insanity: Max 30 Journey Day 21 - Rest

During the course of two months, I'd like to take you into my journey as I strive to retain a healthy lifestyle through a healthy balanced nutrition program and Beachbody trainer extraordinaire -- and Men's Health cover man -- Shaun T's brand new workout regimen Insanity Max 30.

Day 21: Rest
It's Easter Sunday. The previous two weeks I had a go with some yoga routines courtesy of P90X3 and 21-Day Fix Extreme. Those were great days.Week 3 was a challenge for me on a personal level, so I decided I was going to take the rest day to the fullest.

Nothing more to report. Just spent a lot of quality time with the family on the holiday; ate good food (maybe a little too much); and talked exercise and nutrition with some family members. All in all, a great day. And I feel well rested. Next up: Cardio Challenge.
