Day 14: Rest
Another week in the books, and a day off is in store. Of late, I had a little bit of a battle with urges of not-so-clean food floating in my mind.Today, since I have gone with a 100/0 percent ratio of clean to junk eating, I decided to succumb to those urges.However, despite falling victim to those urges, it has been two weeks since starting this journey, and I didn't want to feel too guilty about having a carnitas dish, so I decided to go into my inventory of Beachbody workouts and grabbed Autumn Calabrese's 21-Day Fix Extreme yoga workout.
I haven't done the 21-Day Fix Extreme program yet, but if the yoga workout is any indication of what to expect, it is definitely worth the challenge. Perhaps my next journey will be a three-week soiree.
I got a good burn for 30 minutes with Autumn, and got another good stretch in on the day off. I'm definitely ready for week three and seeing how I have progressed over the past seven days. Next up: Cardio Challenge.
